The Village at Bay Moorings is an Adult Lifestyle Community located in historic Penetanguishene, on Georgian Bay.  The developer, Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. (www.parkbridge.ca) has selected the site for its vistas of Penetanuighene Bay.

WMI have assisted Parkbridge through the development approvals process by preparing a stormwater management report and detailed engineering drawings for site servicing and grading.

Site servicing began in the fall of 2007, with residential construction in Phase 1 and 2 currently ongoing.   WMI will certify construction of the site services and private road network under review by the Town of Penetanguishene (www.town.penetanguishene.on.ca).

Georgian Cove is a proposed residential development located in the prestigious Tiffin by the Bay neighborhood in the Town of Midland, situated on scenic Georgian Bay. The developer, Remington Homes (www.remingtonhomes.com), has selected a waterside site for 145 detached homes.

The principals at WMI have been involved in this project from the early planning and pre-engineering stages through Functional Servicing Reports and finally detailed engineering.
Site servicing is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2009, with residential construction beginning in the summer of 2009. WMI will administer the servicing contract and road construction through to final acceptance by the Town of Midland (www.town.midland.on.ca).
